Nurse Reena Elena Malinao Crowned Miss Cebu 2010
In the recently held 26th Miss Cebu Pageant, a licensed nurse, Reena Elena Malinao was crowned as Miss Cebu 2010 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Reena Elena Malinao, 21, bested 11 other candidates. Although not a pre-pageant favorite, Malinao took home P50,000 in cash, a trip to the United States, and various prizes from the other sponsors.
The judges host and producer of Travel Time Susan Calo-Medina, filmmaker Quark Henares, fashion and interior designer Jeannie Goulburn and international artist and floral architect Rachy Cuna are unanimous in crowning Reena.
They said she portrayed the perfect beauty queen. One with looks and one with brains.
