‘Milk Shake’ for sale, a combination of shabu and Nubain
In one of the city’s 10 barangays where illegal drugs are rumpant, they have been selling a potentially lethal combination of shabu and the painkiller Nubain which is also said to be in demand in the said barangay.
This so called ‘Milk Shake’ is being sold in Barangay Kamagayan, Cebu City. The sale of this new drug has caught the attention of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
According to the PDEA’s assets, people would prefer to buy the mixed drugs because they can save more money by using it instead of buying the two different drugs separately.
